At Rosie's Store we want your favorite items to stay beautiful and last longer. Follow these simple care instructions to maintain the quality and charm of your purchases:

Ceramic Mugs & Ornaments

• Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and a soft sponge to preserve colors and finishes. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.

Jewelry (Necklaces & Men's Bracelets)

• Storage: Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches and tangles.
• Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use. For a deeper clean, use a jewelry cleaning solution recommended for the specific material.

Puzzles

• Handling: Assemble on a clean, flat surface. Handle pieces with dry hands to avoid oils and dirt.
• Storage: Once completed, carefully store puzzles in their original box or a protective sleeve to prevent pieces from bending or getting lost.

Heart Keychains

• Maintenance: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or smudges. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals to keep them looking pristine.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent any metal components from tarnishing.

Greeting Cards & Digital Downloads

• Greeting Cards: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Handle with clean hands to keep them in perfect condition.
• Digital Downloads: Keep your digital files backed up on multiple devices or cloud storage to ensure you always have access to your favorite designs.

General Tips

• Avoid Exposure: Protect your items from extreme temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight to maintain their appearance and functionality.
• Regular Maintenance: Periodically check your items for any signs of wear and address them promptly to extend their lifespan.
