Shipping Times and Locations

All our products are produced and shipped domestically in the U.S.A. The production of custom products typically takes 1-2 business days for Coffee Mugs, Puzzle & Ornaments, and Greeting Cards, and 2-5 business days for Clothes. Jewelry is shipped within 2-4 business days.

Once shipped, here are the estimated delivery times:

Coffee Mugs, Puzzle & Ornaments, and Greeting Cards:

  • Canada: 5-8 business days
  • International: 7-12 business days

Clothes:

  • USA: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 5-8 business days
  • International: 7-12 business days

Jewelry:

  • USA: Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada: Within 4-10 business days
  • Western Europe: Within 5-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ: Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: Within 5-20 business days

Order Processing and Carrier

We typically ship all orders within 1-4 business days. We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers for all shipments. For international orders, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the package once it enters your country.

Undelivered Orders

If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery window, please email us at info@rosiesstore.net, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. Our team will assist you in tracking down your order and resolving any issues.

Customs Fees/Taxes

We do our best to ensure your item arrives smoothly and quickly, including providing all relevant information for customs authorities. Changes to EU customs regulations may result in the imposition of sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Shipping Insurance
